This is the best Brazilian food I've eaten in 20 years since I lived in Brazil.
The owner Carlos really knows how to bring the wonderful flavors of Brazil to your mouth.
Make sure to put this on your list. -

I am brazilian and It's really difficult for me to find a place where I can have authentic brazilian dishes in New York. Rice N Beans makes me feel I am home.
If you are trying brazilian food for the first time, go for coxinha, feijoada and brigadeiro! OH, and don't forget the caipirinha!
Awesome place, incredible chef. -

Oh man! This place is so good!
We came here on a Tuesday night. The area seems pretty dead around this time, which is unfortunate. There was only one other patron when we came in around 7 PM.
The set up is cute, and they have a full bar.
We ordered the cheese puffs, chicken and beef empanadas, feijoada for two, and brigadeiros for dessert.
Everything was WONDERFUL! The cheese puffs were a bit chewy but we devoured it. I loved the chicken empanada (the beef was ok), but wish they had a sauce to go with it. The server recommended the feijoada, and I'm so glad he did! It was out of this world and unlike anything I've had before. I would definitely come back for this dish! I love that it comes with so many different meats and even the black bean sauce was super flavorful.
The brigadeiros were also quite good.
Overall, I hope this place does well! I'm glad there's a location in Manhattan as I live in NJ and the Woodside location would be a bit of a hike! -

Food is tremendous! I personally enjoy their Veggie platter. Fresh sweet plantains are hard to come by and theirs are bangin'! The ambiance is nice and the restaurant is well laid out in a low key section of Woodside bordering Astoria. I think this restaurant would be jam packed if it was on Greenpoint Ave in Sunnyside/Woodside. As a former Woodside resident, I can say the food is def as good as any I've had in that area

We've had consistently good food and service and want to share our appreciation. We'll be back.
